For over a decade, Team Solutions Group has seen steady growth and success which is a direct correlation to their “Team”. One of a tenured group of members is Griselda Benavides. She started with the company in 2007 in a entry level position in facilities management. It quickly became apparent that her talent and her desire to learn and do more would take her career quickly to the next level.  She learned the ins and outs of the technology industry and customer service. Apparently, no challenge is too big for Griselda! She thrives on solving customer’s problems, learning new software and using analytical tools to help TSG and their customer run more efficiently.

Today Griselda is the heart of TSG’s service and support team. In addition to being the first point of customer contact, she also dispatches technicians around the US to ensure customer’s issues are resolved quickly and professionally. With her extensive knowledge of office automation as well as service-related databases, she is a “go to” resource for TSG’s customer and her peers.

Two words sum up Griselda’s work ethic: proactive and agile. She doesn’t wait for a minor issue to grow into a major problem. She listens closely to customers’ issue so that she can respond with the technology, tools and people to get the job done right the first time. As a working Mom, she as refined the art of multitasking. She is constantly on the phone, on the computer working with technicians, customers and vendors to handle a myriad of day-to-day issues.  As TSG continues to grow and add new customers, new services, and technologies, Griselda is the first one to step up to the challenge always with a smile on her face.

When Griselda’s not holding down the TSG fort, she stays focused on her family. One of her many loves include exploring nature – hiking and camping with her husband and son. As a new homeowner she is ready to attack a new set of challenges and projects with the same level of enthusiasm she brings to TSG. Watch out neighbors a swimming pool is just around the corner!
